Tad James, NLP, Time Line Therapy® – Our 30^th Anniversary

If you’ve been reading the news on our Facebook page, you already know that we are celebrating Tad James’ 30^th Anniversary doing NLP and Time Line Therapy® trainings. A dream comes true for entrepreneurs when they celebrate the first anniversary of their business or company. Many businesses fail just months after opening; so those who make it to their first year must be very grateful to their clients who helped them with their business goals.

I have been a part of The Tad James Co. since 2005, and as the General Manager I have witnessed only high integrity and excellence in trainings. That’s what makes me happy to be part of this company. This year we celebrate a milestone that few businesses are lucky enough to celebrate. According to a statistic from the U.S. Census Bureau, less than 17% of all new businesses make it to a 20th anniversary.

As any business, we had our share of ups and downs on the business rollercoaster during this time, but what has always been important for us is that our students are always satisfied and happy. This is something that impressed me in Tad’s trainings since I took the trainings myself as a student back in the 90’s.

Why have we been able to reach our 30th Anniversary? Why has Tad been successful in this business for so long? As I think of this question, three ideas come to mind:

1. We always strive for excellence

2. We serve our students well – support them in their personal needs.

3. We act ethically and with integrity.

In my mind, this is why we had this year the largest NLP Master Practitioner in Australia – 115 people.

As I see it, and what I think it is vital for a well-performing company, we have the discipline to stick with the three reasons above, and we have a wonderful, competent and dedicated team of people working with us. We believe our employees fully own their role in the company, and we strive to keep talented people and align their interests with those of our students and graduates.

Of course we realize we could not have made it without you – our students and graduates. Your interest and dedication to learning NLP and Time Line Therapy® is the most important matter to us. We never lose sight of who we are working for: YOU, our students and graduates. And we are grateful to you for all your support in making NLP and Time Line Therapy® available to the world. As you know, our most important value is Transform the Planet.

Personally, I’ve never been more enthused about our company and our ability to deliver for you high quality trainings and high quality free support – before and after the trainings. I believe all my team colleagues, both in Australia and in the US, are also enthused and committed to continue doing their best for you. I believe the teams in both countries are now are more skilled and experienced than ever.

Together, our eyes are focused on the future (as in the Creating Your Future® process), and we have learned a lot of valuable lessons in the past.

Talking to Tad, he shared with me one of his greatest concerns: that we always have to keep in mind the most instrumental part of it all: you, of course. Putting our clients first, remains just as relevant today as it did when we Tad began his worldwide career as an worldwide-renowned and respected NLP Master Trainer.

In retrospect, we are grateful beyond words for your support and our relationship, whether that support and relationship have been one year or 30 years in duration.

I am certainly looking forward to celebrating the 40^th â€¦
