Over the years, we noticed that our students are so vastly superior to everyone else that no other NLP Practitioner or NLP Master Practitioner would ever dream of challenging them.
Many times we are asked: how is it possible for you to keep teaching NLP whether it is Practitioner Trainings or Master Practitioner or even Trainer’s Trainings and not get bored? Especially since Tad is celebrating this year his 30th year in this career! How is it possible to still be excited and happy to teach the same trainings after all this time?
Well… first of all we need to mention that even if we teach the “same” trainings, there are new techniques we teach regularly. The real news however, is that every training is different because the group of people in the class is different. Since that’s the case the groups make the trainings stimulating and inspiring.
Years ago in private conversations with some close friends, all NLP trained at different levels, among them my partner in life and creator of Time Line Therapy® techniques Tad James, I offered the opinion that eventually NLP would either become the preferred tool for increasing business performance and success or that it would find some mechanism by which it will become THE preferred coaching modality for coaching around the world. More recently, to another friend, I offered the speculation that this would be leveraged via Skype work and calls for a role in building skills and support for Transforming the Planet.
As readers of this site know, I blogged about the major misconceptions many people still hold in their minds about NLP being hard, tedious and difficult to learn. Now, our 115 graduates of the NLP Master Practitioner in Sydney, Australia who on these matters seem to share my model of capability rather than the other restricted model of thinking, are all part of the club of success.
If you think this is just bragging get ready to talk to any of these 115 people. Before they began their 5-7 hours full breakthrough session (as part of the Time Line Therapy® section of the training) they had the same doubts new people have about learning NLP. But after they successfully finished the breakthrough session they realized how much they actually know.
We told them from the beginning that we trust them more than they trust themselves, and they smiled. At the end they were fully convinced they indeed are confident enough to do this and to have success and achieve results with their clients.
