Actually by now it would be getting closer and closer to the 2 million mark as Dr. Tad James is currently teaching on the NLP Trainers Training in Las Vegas after teaching on the Tad James Company Master Practitioner Training that finished 3 days before. This year marks the 30th year of Dr. Tad James delivering NLP trainings around the world. What a wonderful achievement!
The creator of Time Line Therapy® and the mentor of many thousands of graduates, Dr. Tad James is the epitome of what NLP is about. Be at cause, everyone is doing the best they can with the resources they have available, respect everyone’s model of the world, I could go on listing the presuppositions of NLP but I am sure you all know them, consciously and unconsciously. That’s right!
So what do you do for someone who has delivered 1.8 million+ hours of training? How do you celebrate this accomplishment? How do you celebrate not only the 1.8 million+ hours of training but the hours of preparation and research? We have all relished in the story of Tad’s first NLP Practitioner Course with 3 students. We all listened and then thought “wow this is possible for me to achieve” (of course everything is possible). We have listened to the CDs for the NLP Practitioner course and listened several times, with the voice of Dr Tad (as my children refer to him) becoming a familiar friend. In all the training I have done with the Tad James Co and the thing that students now tell me; everything was achievable, everything was real, everything had integrity and everything was as it was presented. This is due to the quality of the presentation, the mastery with which things were demonstrated and the skill with which metaphors where told. The physiology of excellence displayed and the professionalism that is the foundation of not only the trainings, but all aspects of the Tad James Co. all come from Dr. Tad James’ leadership. It was once said by an American Leadership Presenter – “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way”
So what do you do for someone of this caliber, with this level of achievement? So Conor and Candace (long standing members of the Tad James Co) came up with the idea of a presentation. The process was executed, across the Pacific Ocean, beautifully with the result being this beautifully finished plaque, which certifies Dr. Tad James with the right and title of “Certified Greatest of All Time Master Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming” signed by all the staff members of the company and presented only days ago.
So folks the bar has been set high. Ask yourself who is the example of excellence, of true excellence in the field of NLP trainings. Look at the hours spent informing and enlisting people to help transform the planet as well as promoting the importance of critical thought. Look at the dedication and integrity that has been displayed for 30 years. Look at the number of graduates who say, “I was trained by Dr. Tad James and the Tad James Co.” Look at the dedication and care taken by the staff of the Tad James Co in all their dealings. Once you have looked at these things then you will see that the model of excellence is Dr Tad James and the Company that he has nurtured.
Now all we have to think of is what to do for the 50th year of NLP Trainings delivered by Dr. Tad James.
