For many years now Tad’s dictum and highest purpose for being in this field of NLP, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis is to Transform The Planet in the most positive possible way. Transform the planet is written at the bottom of all our PowerPoint slides in the trainings. This is not for the students – this is for us!
I joined Tad in 2001 and ever since we are doing our absolute best to train and teach the art and science of neuro-linguistic programming to as many people as we can to improve their lives, to perform better in work, relationships, and health and to be in charge of their success. We train people in all four levels of NLP, from the Practitioner Level, going through Master Practitioner and finally to NLP Trainer’s Training and beyond to the Master Trainer level.
We realize that not all people will go through all four stages and even though we know that those who choose not to learn the whole body of knowledge of NLP cut themselves short, we appreciate that everybody takes from these trainings what they need. After just the NLP Practitioner we saw people creating “astonishing” changes in their lives, and after the second level, that of Master Practitioner we saw people creating “magical” changes in their lives.
And after NLP Trainer’s Training we saw people branching out into not only creating magical changes for themselves but also being active in positively impacting other people who need this kind of help. The greatest joy and satisfaction comes from assisting others to create changes for themselves.
Kim Redman has taken the challenge all the way to the top. She has chosen to not only change her own life in a very positive way, but to be involved in Transforming The Planet.
There is no secret in the fact that this work is very demanding but for those who participate actively in it – teaching trainings and seminars in business or for general population or coaching one-on-one – they have a direct experience of how rewarding it is: mentally, emotionally and financially. It feels much better to do the work you love and earn good money than having to do a job you hate even if you earn good money just because you have to pay the mortgage.
When coming through the door in the first day of the training many of our students think they’re limited, that they don’t have much choice in life, that because bad things happened to them in the past they’re prisoners of their negative emotions and they think they will never escape old blockages put upon them by their past experiences. They do not even dare to hope that they can actually change something. They are almost resigned in the idea that “Things are as they are….too bad!”
And when these people leave the training happy with smiles on their faces and go home to create joyful, fulfilling and satisfying lives for themselves and their families, for us this is the greatest reward and satisfaction possible. From the standpoint of the untrained eye it seems like these people have hit the jackpot of big fortune. But we know that “fortune” has nothing to do with it. Change from within, change affected by NLP, and especially Time Line Therapy® has made this transformation possible.
When Kim came to our trainings in 2005 she remembers us saying to the class at the time “you can do it!”, and then in 2007 in Trainer’s Training, and 2010 in Master Hypnosis Trainer’s Training, and then in 2011 in NLP Master Trainers, we said it again “Transform The Planet“.
Tad always meant this! He knows very well that he cannot do this alone. Overall you can say many things about Tad but you cannot say he’s not exceedingly intelligent and capable. So he knows that this purpose of “Transforming The Planet” is bigger than himself, bigger than he and I together, bigger than even a handful of very successful graduates. In fact he knows – and shared with the students in many trainings – that this purpose is so big that he will never accomplish it alone in a lifetime. This is why he is so committed to teaching as many Trainers of NLP, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis as possible, because together we all can have a positive impact. We all, each of us through our individual work, wherever we are on the planet, can affect positive changes in the people participating in our trainings. And when students achieve success and continue this work wherever they are on the planet, a big smile comes on Tad’s face. A big smile of joy and happiness!
Kim is one of our graduates who took the challenge of this career seriously! She has not gone home thinking “Oh, it would be nice, but since it requires work I am not going to do anything about it!”
No! Kim has gone home and decided she wants to be a part of impacting people’s lives positively through teaching NLP, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis. She is a very successful NLP Master Trainer in her own right. So thank you Kim for your wonderful message!
