During the last NLP Trainer’s Training in Sydney Australia, one of our NLP Trainer Graduates has successfully completed the Master Trainer Program in NeuroLinguistic Programming. He is now a Master Trainer. His name is Harry Wong.
Harry – from Hong Kong – is our latest graduate in a series of Master Trainers whom we have certified during the last few years. We’re sure he has been really happy to bring this program to successful completion. It takes special dedication and perseverance to get through such a demanding course of study – a study in precision, flexibility of behavior and knowledge in how to make NLP understandable and utilizable by any of his students, and build a very successful NLP training and business career in the process.
The teachable moment in NLP is not just an unexpected expression of an opinion. It is a very fulfilling calling that makes for a good and satisfying livelihood. In the process the trainer can broaden the original concept from NLP and make for a more effective commentary. This just a small part of the process.
Our NLP Master Trainer program, when fully implemented allows our trainer graduates to create a very successful business for themselves. But it does not have to be difficult! In fact the process can be extremely enjoyable. Perhaps even funny at times! Knowing Harry, it was funny many times (he is very good at pointing the arrow back at himself if something does not go as he would like it) and make that event into an opportunity for something more.
Harry has done just that! So we’re extremely happy to congratulate him and wish him the best as he embarks on his next exciting adventure – his own NLP Trainer’s Training. Harry’s achievement is an example to all other great trainers embarked on the same journey.
Tad and I agree that this program is designed to install knowledge, discipline and business skills. It requires a lot of work – no more, no less than any other private business enterprise. But the NLP Master Trainer certificate is not offered lightly. When one of the graduate trainers enrolled in the NLP Master Trainer program fulfills it successfully, they know they’re Master Trainers before they receive it. The certificate does not make them – they ARE self-made!
Now this is called empowerment! This is called real skills! This is called real talent! Harry’s success is not because he is a Master Trainer! He became very successful and experienced a great personal growth in the process of becoming one.
This should be an example to all our graduates who are close to finishing the program. Follow it closely, and you will succeed!
