7 Things to Remember When You Deal With “Not Good Enough” Part 2 by Dr. Adriana James

In part one of this article I mentioned how “I am not good enough” reaches most people – of course at different degrees of intensity. The process is as follows: all is good and the suddenly something happens. You make a mistake or don’t react as you think you should have. You were stunned maybe shocked and taken by surprise. You had no strategies to deal with the situation in the moment. You did not know how to react. As a result you don’t feel good enough. Strong enough. Worthy enough.

Goal setting is common. In fact it is so common that people tend to not pay attention anymore. We also teach this in both our NLP and Time Line Therapy® Practitioner and Master Practitioner trainings.

Everybody has learned to set goals7 either through visualization, repetition, the law of attraction, what have you. But a niggling question always remains: how come that some goals happen and some don’t? How come that some goals happen better than imagined initially?

In one of our NLP Master Practitioner trainings, a student asked me an interesting question: “How do you set goals in a multidimensional reality?”
