Guaranteed Free of Defects

All books, audios and videos purchased from us are guaranteed to be free of material defects. You may return any item for a free replacement if it does not arrive in satisfactory condition. Defective audio cassettes/CD's will be replaced for you as long as we continue to stock that title. Foreign orders, please include return postage. Some exceptions apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Call us for a return authorization number. Include the return authorization number when returning the item so we may credit your account. Do not return products to US or Australia. When you call, we will provide you with the proper address to return your item. Please help us by being prepared to explain the problem with your order. Please note, there are no refunds for changing your mind or any other reason, excepts defects.

Note Data CD's/DVD's

A CD or DVD is defined as a removable media that contains Data as well as  music or Video, such as all our vide, audio products or the Trainers' Support disks that contains manuals, slides, etc. As we live in an era of easy duplication and copying, we follow the guidelines for replacement as they are enforced  by the music and software industry (to protect our
copyright). That is, once the media was in your possession, the only replacement will be if the product is faulty
or defective. Replacement will be made with the same product.
